2. Itinerary Consultation & Quotations
Initial itinerary blueprints and bespoke proposals provided by our travel curators represent consultative previews and do not constitute a confirmed contract. Due to the dynamic nature of ultra-luxury accommodation, private aviation charters, and exclusive villa sanctuaries, all formal quotations remain valid for the specific timeframe stated in the proposal.
A booking is formally secured and confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and the dispatch of our formal Confirmation Invoice.
3. Payment Schedules & Security
Because our atelier secures secluded private sanctuaries, superyacht charters, and palace hotel suites that mandate non-refundable pre-guarantees, our payment terms require an initial non-refundable commitment deposit, with the remaining balance due in accordance with the tailored itinerary agreement prior to travel.
All payments are executed via secure international bank transfers or accredited enterprise merchant gateways, backed by complete invoice documentation and transparent expense breakdowns.
4. Independent Luxury Suppliers
SEREINO curates and contracts with a prestigious, vetted global ecosystem of independent luxury suppliers—including licensed private jet operators, luxury chauffeur ateliers, private chalet owners, and certified mountain/marine guides. Each third-party supplier operates in compliance with international aviation, maritime, and hospitality safety standards.
5. Amendments & On-Trip Adaptability
We recognize that spontaneous freedom is essential to refined unhurried travel. Your dedicated atelier concierge remains on standby throughout your journey to coordinate schedule adjustments, private dining changes, or stay extensions, subject to partner availability and direct supplier adjustments.
6. Cancellations & Insurance
Should you find it necessary to cancel a confirmed journey, SEREINO advocates vigorously with our hospitality partners to recoup or credit deposits where feasible. Because exclusive chalets, private islands, and charter flights operate under strict cancellation protocols, we mandate that all travelers maintain comprehensive VIP international travel insurance covering medical, transit, and unforeseen cancellation contingencies.
7. Passports & Visas
Clients hold ultimate responsibility for possessing valid international passports (with a minimum 6 months validity) and appropriate entry visas (such as Schengen or UK authorizations). The atelier provides tailored concierge documentation and liaison letters to ensure your consular applications are seamless.
